New way to organize my fabric

After trying multiple organizing methods for the fabric in my resourse library (I don’t care to count how many ways I have tried!) I have found one that I love and does not take any maintenance to keep up.

I discovered mini bolts from www.polarnotions.com and I love them. The have several advantages over the others on the market like them. First they are solid plastic so they are thinner and stronger then the corrigated plastic bolts. And second they are sized to fit a standard bookshelf! I love them!!! See below for pictures.

Cleaning and ReOrganizing the studio!!

Well I have started a process of cleaning out and reorganizing my studio! The first step was the buttons. Then I hit the bookshelves. I can now find a book when I want!

What I did was sorted all my books by type and got rid of the duiplicates. Some books I liked so much I bought 2 and 3 copies of!!

I then made dividers for my books so they can stay sorted this time. I decided to make the dividers single sided so I can rearrange sections if I feel like it. Take a look at the pictures below.
